Need to sell your existing home before you can buy a new home? We offer a Contingency Program that allows you to hold the Heartland Home of your dreams until your house is sold. Don't lose thousands of dollars of equity by "trading-in" your home. Once you enter our Contingency program our Realtor partners will work diligently to sell your home as quick as possible at the best price possible at a reduced commission rate.
