Heartland offers a full one year warranty which is monitored by Pro Home, a third party warranty management system, who is available on call 24 hours a day to offer peace of mind and prompt attention.

Prior to closing a thorough walk thru is completed with Pro Home and the new homebuyer to ensure that any issues are identified and addressed before move-in. Afterwards if problems or concerns arise ProHome is available offer prompt, professional resolution.

If something needs to be fixed, we take care of it before you move in. Pro Home is a third-party warranty management system that gives both the homebuilder and the homebuyer the assurance of a well-built home. Pro Home does a walk through with the new homeowner to identify any issues that need to be addressed prior to closing.
